1. What is the first app purchase offer (“Offer”)?
Eligible customers who sign in/ login to the Home Culture shopping & payments mobile application (app) for the first time during the promotion period will –
(a) Get discount up to 20 % maximum amount ₹ 400 on artificial flower category.
(b) Minimum order value – ₹ 0, net of all discounts applied
(c) Participating category – Artificial flower category.
(d) Applicable only on prepaid orders – Pay using your credit & debit cards, upi or net-banking only
(e) Discount will be instant on order confirmation on checkout.
(f) Offer Period: 01 August 2021 00:00:00 hrs to 30 October 2021 23:59:59 hrs
(g) Maximum cashback amount per customer – ₹ 400
(h) Your Home Culture account information has to be fully updated with your name, email and phone number for you to be eligible for the cashback.
(i) Any cancelled order(s)/item(s) will not be eligible for cash back and the refund amount of cancelled / returned order(s)/item(s) will be adjusted (net off) for the cashback amount, from the purchase amount for the Offer.
(j) Check product for offer eligibility
(k) Offer is applicable only once per customer during offer period
(l) The Offer is subject to availability, only a limited number of coupons are available.
2. Is a coupon code required to avail the offer?
Eligible customers will have to collect the coupon on the offer page to avail the cashback
3. Will this offer be over and above other offers?
Yes – subject to the customer meeting terms and conditions of the relevant offers. Please check for exclusion list of other offers.
4. When will I get the discount?
a. The applicable discount under this Offer will be instantly adjusted on checkout.
5. What if I cancel/return my order?
Any cancelled order(s)/item(s) will not be eligible for cash back and the refund amount of cancelled / returned orders/item(s) will be adjusted (net off) for the cashback amount, from the purchase amount for the Offer. Kindly note that, the cashbacks are offered at an item level in a pro-rata basis.
6. Is the Offer applicable on purchase of all products?
The offer is not applicable on other products which are excluded from this offer.
7. Can I get the discount across multiple orders?
No, this order is valid only once per customer. The order value should be ₹ 1 or more post discounts applied. In case an offer eligible order is placed and cancelled, the customer is ineligible for the offer on any other order placed during the offer period.
8. My payment failed while placing the order; will I be eligible for the discount under this Offer?
If your payment failed while placing an order, thehomeculture.com gives you an option to revive your payment for such order. If you revise your payment within the offer duration, you will be eligible for the discount.
Terms and conditions
- The ‘First app purchase offer’ (“Offer”) is provided and made available to you by Home Culture on the website www.thehomeculture.com and the mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively, “thehomeculture.com”).
- These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the thehomeculture.com Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using thehomeculture.com. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale or the Websites and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
- This Offer shall commence on August 01, 2021 and end on October 30, 2021 at 23:59:00 (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Home Culture (in its sole discretion), without any prior notice and without any liability.
- Notwithstanding anything above, the customer can avail the offer for only one order and the benefit cannot be spread across multiple orders.
- In the event the Order is returned by the Purchaser or cancelled by the Purchaser, for any reason whatsoever, the Order will not qualify for this Offer and the participation of the Purchaser will be deemed withdrawn. In the event the Order is cancelled in part, the Offer may be availed only on the net amount paid by the Purchaser basis eligibility.
- Home Culture reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
- Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by Home Culture to conduct further, similar or other offers.
- Under no circumstances, will the Benefit being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by Home Culture.
- By participating in this Offer, every Purchaser expressly agrees that Home Culture or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Purchaser may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with his/her use or delivery or misuse of any product purchased on thehomeculture.com
- The selected customers are not bound in any way to enroll/ participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
- Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Jharkhand will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
